TIE/I's in Dev's Sidestep (XWHM1) flying away from engagement area

In XHWM1, the TIE/I's don't appear to have waypoints, and simply fly in a straight line away from the area. If the player doesn't start by destroying them, they have to chase them down within the mission time limit.

    Only Y-wing historical missions are being currently used as testbed for now. All other missions are expected to either not launch at all, or if they launch, to have buggy or missing AI behaviors. I'm setting this On Hold until we extend the set of missions to include the X-wing historical ones.
