Camera controls not working

Using current version, I am not able to turn my view using the clock direction keybindings, either for my joystick's hat switch or my keyboard's number pad. I thought the hat switch was working in a previous version of the Alpha.

Camera controls aren't still implemented, even when keybindings are already there to be mapped.
