A separator could make the header easier to read: GHV1-18;IGHV1-46;IGHV3-64D;IGHV3-49;IGHV2-5

Even better, if there are no space issues: GHV1-18; IGHV1-46; IGHV3-64D; IGHV3-49; IGHV2-5
