Support additional GOPATH

Yoshifumi YAMAGUCHI repo owner created an issue

In order to import self-produced packages, we have to do either of followings:

  1. copy all source codes under current work space
  2. add GOPATH to depending self-produced packages

In order to support option 2, we have to support additional GOPATH support.
