Fix JSON format of VS Code settings file

Removed the trailing comma from vscodeTemplateText in templates.go:94 for valid JSON format. This change makes VS Code successfully parse and process settings.json.

Changed the template name in templates.go:97. This does not change or fix any behavior, just matches the template name and resulting file name.
