How to make our own annotation file

Hello,
We have a mm10-UCSC GTF file that we used to map the reads.
How do we convert it into the format that is currently being used by ROSE? (the files that are inside the annotation folder)

Your best bet is to download these data from the UCSC table browser in the output format "all fields from selected table."
