What does 'CONSTITUENT_SIZE' mean ?

Thanks for your perfect programs. But I have a problem that what 'CONSTITUENT_SIZE' means in the file named '**AllEnhancers.table.txt' . Is it refers the average length of an enhancer？What rows should I use if I want to plot "**** ChIP-seq density" across typical enhancers and super-enhancers？
