how to find out constituent enhancers within super enhancers?

Thank you for your great program. I just wonder how do you find out constituent enhancers within super enhancers in your paper Master Transcription Factors and Mediator Establish Super-Enhancers at Key Cell Identity Genes Fig 1G. and I wonder why the total number of constituents stitched is not equal to the total number of input peaks.
