No provision for deactivation of account and unsubscripton from e-mails not working

There is no button to deactivate one's account.

The link to unsubscribe from the e-mails is leading to the homepage. There is no user preferences page as mentioned in e-mails received.

There is no way of deleting a question posed in the form of a discussion.
