Experts not reverting

I have been reconnecting with my existing experts..But I have not got any replies yet. Is that only paid members have the privilege. As u have advised in the site...You suggest to be in contact with those whom I have contacted for counselling..So in connection to that..I follow this as speaking to different experts every tim is not constructive. Please try to solve this.
