changing my profile name

I know your policy that you can't change your profile name but I didn't chose that name. Actually, when I was making my profile it wasn't showing the avtars(like when your net is slow, then a cracked image sign comes) available so I just refresh the page but then everything got fixed. All this happened just few minutes before and I've started chatting yet. So please let me re-name my profile or delete it so that I can make new one. Thank you
