Unable to Upgrade to Care Plan

Ive finished my 2 free chats and now it says "upgrade to care plan" on the dashboard. When i do that, it tries to connect me with an expert and then gives me an option to buy the plan. When i click "buy plan now" it redirects me to the dashboard.

Happening repeatedly with different browsers. Currently using chrome. Its getting annoying, i need to buy the plan today. Do something.
