Slow and no access to experts

I paid and got online thinking that I can talk to an expert to bring my anxiety down. In return I'm sitting here fighting your technical issues and your counsellor says she is not the one for me and no one else seems to be available to talk to. I would appreciate a refund as this seems very unpleasant and unprofessional to me. Thanks
