Chat Disconnection

This has happened everytime I'm in the middle of the chat with a professional.... When the chat tab is accidentally closed and can't continue the chat in anyway possible. So please add the option to reconnect the chat within first 4-5 minutes. That would be hugely helpful. I've more thing, why isn't there any option of emailing the chat within the chat history tab?
