The app is not user friendly

The earlier app was much user friendly than current one. With many attempts yesterday I could make the payment for the monthly plan. But in the middle of long conversation with the expert the app got hung. I lost the chat. Later I am trying to message the expert, I can't do it. This is hopeless. I want my money back. Please do the needful.
