Chat issue

Whenever a click on chat with expert, it opens a window where it says "Connecting you to an Expert A verification email has been sent to you at Yuvraj.Singh.me218@mech.iitd.ac.in. Do verify and proceed to your chat."
The problem is that I get NO mail regarding this due to which I am not able to chat.
