Not able to edit/delete/see my own article in my profile

I created an article in 2016 (https://yourdost.com/forum/t/lost-by-family-broken-in-love-strong-enough-to-scream/5112#). But now I am not able to see it on my profile page. I want to either: 1. Change user name and profile photo OR 2. Delete the complete article.

This is because while signing up, I wasn't aware that the website will pickup my profile photo too. But now, the article is causing me personal privacy issues due to the full username and photo. I tried all ways of signing up (facebook, google and username). Also tried password reset but no success.
