Remove my Discussion and hide info of user who asked

Can you please blank out the names in the discussion forums. I have a discussion and it shows too much private info. Blank out entire names on discussion boards as well as allow option to delete the posted ones. This is such a severe issue where the names of folks associated with companies becomes so easily breached. Please fix immediately
