Payment uncompleted

Hello, kindly note I already have paid for one of package called 'premarital jitters' my amount has been deducted from the bank but from your dost website, I received a message saying the payment couldn't be Completed. Please check what is the error. My transaction ID is 89360, package is 'overcoming pre wedding jitters'. & amount is ₹1600.
