Unable to connect

I am in my own stress and tried finding counsellor from google and it gave ur link saying you are 24/7 counselling company so i paid the amount instantly as i need the service.. at 3:00 AM your admin says nobody is available right now and contact at 4 AM and its been 20-30 mins im trying and im not getting thru also the admin suggested to download the app which i can not find in itunes.

i request you to pls return the amount as i am unhappy with the treatment.

its not about the money but the hope which i got that there will be somebody i cud talk which was not available, dont break the trust by keeping the money with you it’s absolutely not about 1000rs but trust
