I'm not able to log into my account or resent my password

Former user created an issue

I've been trying to resent my password, but I am not getting any email about activation of the same and it's impossible to use the account. I have an institutionally paid for account and am unable to use it. Please send me a reset password link- 16jgls-abalachander@jgu.edu.in
