Former user created an issue

Hello, I was in a call with my expert today and she opened a slot for me for 26th August 4-5PM however in the booking slot it showed something totally different. I am attaching a screenshot which is self explanatory. Please take a look and perhaps the IT section can rectify this. Thankyou.
