URGENT techincal bug

Hello, My user Dwij143 had appointment on 24 June at 5 pm, but your system did not show my phone number hence I could not have a session.

I contacted customer support and they were helpless. I got emails mentioning I missed the session.\

Your software has bug where you cannot show my number so I could never get a call for session..

Unfortunately, I got email that I missed the session putting onus on me. That is wrong..
