Enhancement on the online chat facility

Since this site allows for chat between the domain expert and the logged in customer/user, in order to save time and convenience on both user end experiences it would be better if you could add feature of the two people chatting know that the other user is responding or he/she is involved in something else. This feature allows to save the precious time of both the people on either end of the chat.
