Login issue

I have been trying to login to your site. Every time I need to create new account since it would not allow me to login with my exact username/password. Even if I try the forgot password link, I get the email, but when I try to Reset the password it just goes on and on. Also after I created the login, I tried to chat with couple of Counselors, but did not get any response from anyone. After long time, it just says nobody is available, but if they are not available, why would I get the chat option. I was very enthusiastic to check this site, but disappointed.
