Account under surveillance

I have encountered a problem while pinging to a expert after logged in, showing the message "Your account under surveillance " . What's that?
I have changed my android login e-mail()vijay.ssd@gmail.com for my personal reasons which i have used for your account also and now i configured my android mobile with new email id. Downloaded your app and tried to login with the same old credentials, i am able to login but while pinging to an expert i am getting the above mentioned message.
Can you please look into the issue and resolve asap.
