Problem in profile settings

My chats are visible to other counselors, despite the fact that I've changed the setting to 'hide'. When I press enter to chat with someone, it says that my chats are visible and change settings by going to the profile page, whereas on my profile page it displays that chats are hidden. Please correct this bug, as my privacy is not being protected.
