Chats working erratically

At first I thought it was an internet issue so connected through my mobile hotspot, however, the problem persists where in the client is unable to receive my messages in real time and i have to constantly refresh my log in page to get an update on the chat. Also, was unable to submit feedback on couple of other chats.
