I want to ask you to review the way messages are displayed to the user. 1) The messages should be arranged according to the date of the latest message to any counselor. Instead they are arranged according to the date of the first message to a counselor. 2) The visible gist under the name of any counselor is that of the first message sent to him/her, whereas it should be that of the latest message either by or to him/her. This is because not every message is sent as a new message but as a reply to an earlier one.

Other problem regarding the experts page. When one refreshes the experts page after applying filters, the filters disappear because there is no change in the URL when a filter is applied. For example, if I wish to refresh the page after 10min to see if a counselor among my favourites has come online, I am sent back to 'all experts' page after which I have to re-apply the filter. It is needlessly tedious.
