Unable to connect to my Expert

I have already written this to you earlier but the issue has not been resolved.

This system just does not connect me to my expert.

To connect to my expert I have to connect with available experts and then they transfer me to my expert.

However, i never get connected to any available expert. It just loads and loads and takes all the time.

And when it finally gets connected, I am connected to Ann and then the system shows Yo chat is transferred to your expert. I send her messages but she has not received.

My Expert is Bhagya.

Please help me connect to her. I prefer chat not telephone.
