Problems with the chat and messaging client

1. YourDOST doesn't work with any browser other than Chrome, and Firefox to some level. It works like crap with Microsoft Edge.
2. For browsers other than Chrome, on starting a new chat, there are infinite incoming messages from the counselor.
3. There is a 'minimum of 100 character' restriction on private messages, which is very bad. It should be removed.
4. On starting a chat, the counselor's profile is listed on the right side of the page. It's fine. But on trying to scroll through the profile, that is on using the scrolling wheel on the mouse or on using the track pad, the whole area which shows the profile of the counselor is compromised. What I mean is it's as if I scrolled right side.
5. In the chat window, there is no option to break lines. For example, enter sends a message. Shift + Enter should break the line.
