LibTouristClassic-1.0 wrong directory

On a fresh install using the twitch app, the location of LibTouristClassic seems to be in the wrong location.

Interface\AddOns\RecipeRadarClassic\Libs\LibTouristClassic-1.0\CallbackHandler-1.0\CallbackHandler-1.0\

This is where it's currently located for me, and below is the lua error. Seems there is an extra folder of CallbackHandler-1.0
