Feature Suggestion: Filter for seasonal availability only recipes

Hi,

I absolutely love this addon and how easy it makes collecting recipes, but when I get a GPS arrow toward a nonexistent NPC sometimes 5+ time a day when entering any major capital city it gets a bit frustrating.

My suggestion as to how to fix this is a simple check box in the addon options that could turn on/off "seasonal recipes" that are only available if and when the NPC selling them is actually up (for now I only noticed this issue with the christmas Gingerbread Cookie and Egg Nog recipes from cooking category).

Please at least give it some consideration as it would be a great QOL change for the addon.
