Compile as AnyCPU instead of x86

If TortoiseHG integration for x86 is not installed (but only x64) and the Explorer settings are so that new windows are opened in a new process, the TortoiseHG shell extension does not show up in explorer windows opened by HgAssist.

This is because HgAssist always runs as 32 process, even on 64 bit hardware.

Workaround is to change the PE header to not include the 32-bit only flag using CORFLAGS.EXE (see for more information).
