    <h3>Get started</h3>
    <p>Mercurial is written in python with platform independence in mind.
    As a result, Mercurial is available on
    <a href="">Microsoft Windows</a>,
    <a href="">GNU/Linux</a>,
    <a href="">MacOS X</a>,
    <a href="">OpenSolaris</a> and others.
    You can either download a binary package for the system of your choice or
    build if from sources.</p>

    <p>Packages for common Linux, BSD and Solaris distributions can be
    installed from the system specific repositories</p>

$ apt-get install mercurial

# Fedora
$ yum install mercurial

# Gentoo
$ emerge mercurial

# OpenSolaris
$ pkg install SUNWmercurial

Tip: Filter by directory path e.g. /media app.js to search for public/media/app.js.
Tip: Use camelCasing e.g. ProjME to search for
Tip: Filter by extension type e.g. /repo .js to search for all .js files in the /repo directory.
Tip: Separate your search with spaces e.g. /ssh pom.xml to search for src/ssh/pom.xml.
Tip: Use ↑ and ↓ arrow keys to navigate and return to view the file.
