Plugin does not allow failed test cases to be added on first time inserts

Hello! We used maven to run our testNG tests and incorporated the ZAPI plugin. When the job was finished, some of the tests had failed, some had passed, but neither showed up in JIRA/Zephyr. We then just reran a small group of tests that we knew would pass, and those tests all appeared just fine in Zephyr, test cases were created for all of them. So it appears that if you have any failing tests in your build then none of the tests are added to Zephyr. This behavior should change so that both the failed and passed tests in a mixed build both show up in Zephyr.
