Error:Unexpected response code: 405

We started receiving the Error:Unexpected response code: 405 last month and never found any resolve. We update our importer from .33 to .38 and it worked for only a few days....now it no longer works again.

Could we get some help on this issue other than please check your URL to make sure you are using https.....
