Hi Pierre Comeau: I solved the problem with official support, You can refer to the links below. https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us/requests/35383

Based on the previous comment, it give an empty page And I have the same issue with the "zfj-importer-utility-0.40.jar" Where can I get my "username" because only it shows the "email"?

Account Deactivated API Token is a different solution for this issue.
Please note API token is different than API Keys.
So, try to use API token(from link below) instead of your Password.
https://id.atlassian.com/manage/api-tokens
It worked for me. Hope it will work for you people as well.

I am able to connect but unable to retrieve my projects. Does any one have the same problem ?
Thanks,
Vijay

Account Deactivated Please enter API Token(from below link) instead of Password and it will resolve your issue.
-
I have used API token, once used I was able to connect but unable to select projects from the drop down as it doesn’t show any thing.
Thanks,
Vijay

I have the same problem, I use API token and A am able to connect but no projects shows up
-
Hi,
After using API token, please use user email id instead of username, which solved our issue.
Thanks,
Vijay

I have tried with both email and username, but it still doesn’t work. It seems to connect to Atlassian but it wont show any projects
Do I need any special permission do get this to work ?

Hi Truls,
I would recommend raising a ticket with zephyr support as new Atlassain policy is creating issues with import utility.
Thanks,
Vijay

Account Deactivated We were experiencing this same issue and ours was resolved by disabling 2 factor auth on the account. Might be worth a try.

I'm having the same issue.
I also tried to follow all the recommendations from issue
#13but that did not help either. In my instance of Cloud Jira, we are using Active Directory for username and passwords... could that be an issue?
Update: Just tried it with a username that is not associated with AD, and it worked.
