Unable to Import

I am very familiar with this tool and it is currently not importing. No error message is received after clicking start import. Please advise.

Java 1.8.0_112 works with zfj-importer-utility-0.40.jar

It was exactly that, a java issue. I had installed a version of Java for visual studios and that caused an error. So I uninstalled all versions of Java on my computer and did one install of the latest version. Now it’s working. Thanks Richie!

I am trying to import test cases using Zephyr to JIRA> But when I click on the Start Import, nothing happens it just stands still and no test cases are uploaded.

Zephyr Version - 0.36

Java Version - 1.8.0_241-b07

Please help as this blocks my testing.
