I am using cloud version of Jira and ZFJ-Importer-Utility-0.40.jar

Test case I am trying to import is in an excel format (xlsx) with a single tab, 67 steps. I am adding these steps to the existing test case (which has no steps but is allocated into test cycles).

I have logged in to the ZFJ importer with my email address and used the API key/token that was freshly generated today.

Steps

Access ZFJ, sign into my area (cloud) using logon / API token

Select project and type of ‘Test’

Pick import file and map fields, then click to start import

Issue:

The importer states success but does not update the steps of the test.

I had the same issue and resolved it by Installing the APP ZAPI and generating API keys in ZAPI and adding these to the Access Key and Secret Key in the ZFJ-Importer-Utility-0.40.jar screen.

I can see from the Reporters screen that those fields have been left bank.

I had this same issue, but adding the APP ZAPI and generating API keys for ZAPI and using those values in the tool resolved my issue.
