Zephyr Internal Importer does not consider configuration schemes for custom fields

I have a custom field in Jira. There is a default configuration scheme and a project level configuration scheme for that field. However, when I pass a value for that field through importer it picks up the field from default configuration scheme instead of the project configuration scheme. The error I get back is:

Format 2:Row:1:Invalid value ‘47124' passed for customfield 'Team’. Allowed values are: 48727[Test 1], 48728[Test 2], -1

Is there a way to specify the exact id for the field such as: 48727[Test 1]?
