Assignee and Sprint values are not updated on the uploaded test cases

2. Test Cases has following columns:

External ID- to identify each test case, Test Case Name, Test Data, Steps, Result, Assignee, Sprint

Note:

Assignee values are entered as per their username instead of Name

Sprint was given with proper name. Tried with sprint reference name as well.

3. Upload the test cases using Zephyr Import utility

4. Once test cases are uploaded successfully, Validate the uploaded test cases

Result: Sprint and Assignee values are not updated in the uploaded test cases
