Not able to connect to Zephyr

Hi, I am trying to build from source, i installed SBT and then cloned the project into local, when i tried to execute "sbt assembly" i get the below error attached in the below text file. There is a name mismatch for Zonfig.java file.

I even dowloaded the binary version 0.33 and tried to execute as mentioned in the overview section, for which i got "connection refused" error. I am behind a proxy, is this causing issue ?
