Special characters cannot be imported for any type of field

For any fields, whether custom or not, I am unable to import a test case if the value for a field contains special characters. It kills the entire test case upload when this happens.

Examples of failures I have run into include: - Importing a test case that has a component name which contains a comma (,) - Importing a test case that has a slash ( / ) in the value for a custom field - Importing a test case that contains an ampersand (&) in the value for a custom field

I am Gokul from Zephyr Support. Can you elaborate to what fields this issue occurs? I was able to import special characters for Name, Steps etc. Also please send us a sample of the Excel sheet you are trying to import. This will help us in reproducing the issue on our end. Thank you.

What was the resolution for the above issue as i am also getting in similar situation where special characters are not accepted in test step.
