What controls fields to import?

I've been testing the importer and in general it is working. My question is what controls the fields available to import and can I modify that?

When I select my project and Test issue type I'm given a list of most of the fields available in my tests, but some basic ones are missing like Status, Resolution, and Reporter (which defaults to me upon import). Screenshot attached.

@stuart_corcoran System fields are pre-determined and are appended with custom fields. Status and Resolution fields are not applicable for a new Issue (Test) and Reporter is defaulted to the current user.
