Error fetching projects : Illegal JSON format

I double checked the url and username/password.

When I try this on our acceptation environment it all works. When I try on production server I receive the error "Error fetching projects : Illegal JSON format"

I checked with another rest tool to verify the JSON being returned, but no errors in the JSON.

Where can I check additional logging ?

I figured it out.

At the production environment there is an additional security check. It checks against a certain cookie.

Is there a possibility add a cookie to the request made by the tool ?

Hi Mohan Kumar,

I found a workaround for this issue: I plugged in to a network that didn't required the additional AD login.

Which in my opinion would be possible most of the time.
