Unable to import the test steps into JIRA using zephyr testcase importer. - JIRA Server

I am unable to import test steps from Zephyr importer utility tool to Jira as test summary is successfully importing.

Below resolution was provided via our support case. Issue: unable to import test steps from Zephyr importer utility tool to JIRA SERVER Resolution/Fix:After checking the recording of the meeting ,from the importer side its working fine as its clearly displaying the message of "issue steps created" What we suspect is since your jira url is using a context /jira and SSL ,the test steps that were created via the importer not communicating with your secure network as it is also communicating via a rest API call using different context due to which you JIRA is not populating the test steps.
