"Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile" When Trying to Install Zephyr Importer Utility

I'm trying to install the Zephyr for JIRA Importer Utility and have twice downloaded the jarfile from here (https://bitbucket.org/zfjdeveloper/zfj-importer/wiki/Home), latest version being 0.36 (zfj-importer-utility-0.36.jar). I've installed most current version of Java too. When I try to open it though, I get the following:

"Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile"

What am I doing wrong?

Some help with this would be appreciated. Need to import tests into Zephyr but unable to until this is resolved. Currently still evaluating this plugin under the trial, and if I can't get this resolved could be a deal-breaker for me (have a lot of tests I need to import).

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr. Can you let us know what browser you used?Can you try downloading from Chrome and open it via the browser downloads? Did you double click on it and open?If not please try so. If you still find issues please sign up to our Zephyr support site "https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us" using your official email id and use the option "Submit a Case" to raise a ticket with us.As and when you raise a ticket , an engineer would be contacting you immediately.

Let us know if you have any issues raising the ticket

I was in Chrome, latest (as that's almost all I use for standard non-testing purposes at least). And yes, did as you said. I'll have to go file it there I suppose.

I understand you have raised a ticket with us and our engineer has contacted you for few inputs .Please provide the same via that ticket to proceed further

Yes, thank you; responded there.

It seems the file you have on the Bitbucket wiki here wasn't working right. Not sure if it was me or a bad file there, but I tried multiple times and apparently didn't get the full file. They were able to give me access to another download (via Dropbox) and it's working now.

When I using zfj-importer-utility-0.38.jar, I make everything OK, but when I click the start Import button , there is nothing happen and no error logs, Can anyone help to fix that? I am on a trial of Zephyr for Jira.
