Cannot upload test case to JIRA

This is happening to more than 1 person at this time. Cannot upload file into Jira using Zephyr. I tried uploading an excel that worked before, and received the same error message.

Please help.

Hello Mai,

I have checked your attached excel, the J th column is empty. Cloud you please delete that column from your excel and save the changes with .xls extension. Now try the importing again and update the outcome.
