Epic Link is not importing to JIRA

When I populate Epic Link with the JIRA key (Ex: NVFG-22), the Epic Link is not imported to JIRA. Epic link remains blank.

Please confirm have you got any error in the importer utility console while importing this file? If yes, please attach the screenshot to the ticket.

Hello Zephyr,

I have seen this problem pop up on many forums, and each time, the recommendation is to open a support ticket. Have you published a public resolution for this error? It seems to be intermittent on my end when using the same document.

Also, when will an enhancement to allow linking to the Epic by name be available? This would be much simpler than having to edit my test cases template each time to route to the ISSUE KEY.
